I started Brandon Sheriff because my friends and I kept wishing our favorite games could be just a little bit different. Now we help board game lovers play exactly the way they want.
I've been that person at the table with house rules written on napkins and homebrew variants scribbled in the margins of rulebooks. After years of tweaking games with my friends, I realized we weren't alone—plenty of board game lovers wanted to customize their favorite games but didn't have an easy way to do it. That's when Brandon Sheriff was born: a way to bridge the gap between the games we love and the games we wish they could be.
Today, we operate as both a board game retailer and a custom software studio here in Des Moines. We sell the classics, the deep dives, and everything in between.
